Terms and Conditions of Sauna Use:

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions.

By making a booking with Serenity Saunas, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below.

Serenity Saunas and their employees reserve the right to refuse entry and access to the sauna if the following rules are not adhered to.

Sauna Rules:

Health and Safety: It is imperative to adhere to health and safety guidelines when using the sauna.

Age Restriction: Sauna access is strictly for individuals over 18 years old.

Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear must be worn while attending Serenity Saunas, including a 2-piece/full swimsuit/swim trunks.

Creams and Lotions: Refrain from applying creams or lotions before entering the sauna.

Towel: Bring a clean, cotton towel to sit on for hygiene and comfort.

Substances: Do not consume alcohol or drugs before sauna use.

Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after sauna sessions.

Session Duration: Limit sauna sessions to 15 to 20 minutes max and take breaks to cool down.

Caution: Exercise caution as benches and floors may be slippery.

Steam: Do not throw water on the stones when others are near the stove to avoid burns from hot steam.

Health Symptoms: Exit the sauna immediately if feeling dizzy, nauseous, or lightheaded, and notify staff if feeling unwell.

Open Wounds: Individuals with open wounds should refrain from using the sauna.

Pregnancy: Pregnant women should consult their doctor before sauna use.

Jewelry and Metal: Remove all jewelry before entering the sauna, and ensure swimsuits do not contain metal parts to prevent burns.

Cancellation Policy: 

Booking canceled up to 12 hours in advance of the booked session will receive a full refund/re-credit

Assumption of Risk and Liability:

By using the sauna facilities, you acknowledge and assume the associated risks. This waiver covers your entire usage period and related facilities. You confirm your understanding of the risks involved and take full responsibility for your decision to use the sauna.

 Acknowledgment of Sauna Rules:

You confirm your understanding and agreement to comply with all sauna rules. Additionally, you assert that you are free from health issues that would prevent safe sauna usage and possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Any damages caused by negligence will be your responsibility.

Insurance:

You are solely responsible for any medical or personal injury costs arising from sauna use. It is recommended to consult with a doctor and undergo a physical examination before sauna use.

Waiver and Indemnity:

Except in cases of negligence, you release the Owner and Owner Related Parties from liability for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your sauna use. By using the sauna, you waive any legal protections and voluntarily release the Owner and Owner Related Parties from liability.

 By booking an appointment and using the sauna, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the sauna rules and this waiver. You agree to these terms freely and voluntarily, intending to release the Owner and Owner Related Parties from liability for any injury or loss due to inherent sauna risks.
