  • Remove all jewellery ( it gets hot in the sauna)

  • Staff will mind your car keys for you

  • Hooks for towels/Robes located on the side of the sauna.

  • Towels available for rent if you forget yours

What to bring?

  • Swimsuit-this includes the wearing of a 2 piece/ full swimsuit/swim trunks

  • Towel to sit on during the session

  • Towel for drying off

  • Water

  • A smile!
